2022年合肥幼儿师范高等专科学校国际学生入学要求

（一）根据《中华人民共和国国籍法》持有有效护照的非中国籍公民，自愿来华学习并遵守中华人民共和国法律法规和学校规章制度，尊重本地风俗习惯。（

二）年满18周岁，高中及以上学历，中文语言能力达到《国际汉语能力标准》四级水平；如未达到《国际汉语能力标准》四级水平，可申请预科学习0.5-1年后再进入专科阶段学习。

四、费用

（一）申请费：免收

（二）学费：9000元RMB/生/年

（三）住宿费：1200元RMB/生/年（两人间）

（四）书本费：免收

（五）保险费：约800元RMB/人/年，根据相关部门收费标准缴纳，有浮动

五、奖助学金及资助政策

（一）“留学合肥”政府奖学金，金额为40000元RMB/年学校帮助符合条件的学生申请“留学合肥”政府奖学金。“留学合肥”政府奖学金每年评定一次，每人每年一次申请机会，申请条件以“留学合肥”政府奖学金申请规定为准。获得“留学合肥”政府奖学金的学生须缴纳学费、住宿费、保险费等各项费用且不再享受学校各类奖助学金及资助政策。未获得“留学合肥”政府奖学金的学生可享受学校奖学金、助学金及资助政策。

（二）学校奖学金

1.语言奖学金：入学申请者拥有HSK五级证书可申请5000元语言奖学金；入学申请者拥有HSK四级证书可申请4000元语言奖学金；入学申请者拥有HSK三级证书可申请2000元奖学金。

2.学业优秀奖学金：每学年对学生学业成绩及在校表现进行评定，分为一、二、三等学业奖学金，分别各占班级人数的15%、25%、30%；一等奖学金3000元/年、二等奖学金2000元/年，三等奖学金1000元/年。3.突出进步奖：在中文学习方面表现突出的学生，HSK等级考试提高一级可申请突出进步奖1000元。

（三）学校助学金免收学费、住宿费，提供国际学生保险费、入境后体检费及居留许可等证件办理费用。其他费用自理。

（四）勤工俭学资助政策：学校为家庭困难的国际学生提供勤工俭学岗位，完成岗位任务可获得500元/生/月的资助。

六、教学形式

（一）学校根据疫情发展情况，采取线上线下相结合的授课方式：疫情期间以线上教学为主；疫情后进行线下教学。

（二）为加强汉语教学，学校将为班级配备相应的语言助教。

七、申请流程

（一）个人网上提交申请材料电子版以扫描件形式发送电子邮箱hfpecinternational@***，申请材料包括：

1.填写《国际学生入学申请表》（附件1）

2.申请人本人护照

3.申请人本人高中毕业证书及高中阶段学业成绩证明（中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文）

4.申请人本人汉语水平考试证明

5.来华学习计划（不少于800字）,包括但不限于个人学习和工作经历、学习计划、毕业后的个人发展目标等（用中文或英文书写）；

6.推荐信，需包含如下信息：推荐人职称/职务、工作单位、联系电话、email及推荐人签名（中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文）；

7.有效期(六个月)内的体检报告，申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》（附件2，须用英文填写）中要求的项目进行检查，需提供血液检查的详细报告，缺项、未贴本人照片或照片未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效；原件请于来华时随身携带；

8.无犯罪记录证明（中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文）；

9.填写《监护人保证书》（附件3）（二）学校招生办公室对申请者资料进行审查，对符合条件者，寄发《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202）。

III.EligibilityRequirements

1.Non-ChinesecitizenswithavalidpassportaspertheNationalityLawofthePeople’sRepublicofChinaareeligibleforapplication.Applicantsmustapplyoftheirownaccord,abidebythelawsandregulationsofthePeople’sRepublicofChina,complywiththerulesandregulationsofHPEC,andrespectlocalcustoms.

2.Applicantsmustbeagedover18,holdingahighschooldiplomaorabove,andaChineseproficiencycertificateofHSKBand4orabove.Thosewithoutsuchacertificatemayattendpreparatorycoursesforhalftooneyearbeforestartingcollegeeducation.

3.Applicantsmustbeingoodhealthwithoutanyinfectiousdisease.

4.ApplicantsmustmeettherequirementsforthepreschooleducationprogramstipulatedintheGuidingOpinionsonPhysicalExaminationofStudentsinGeneralInstitutionsofHigherLearningofthePeople’sRepublicofChina.(SeeAppendix4)

V.ScholarshipandBursaryPolicies

1.“StudyinHefei”GovernmentScholarship:40,000RMB/year

HPEChelpseligiblestudentsapplyforthe“StudyinHefei”governmentscholarship.Thescholarshipisawardedonceayear,andeachpersonhasoneopportunityforapplicationayear.Thecriteriaarespecifiedintheapplicationregulations.

Studentswhoreceivethescholarshipmustpayfortuition,accommodationandinsuranceandtheyarenoteligibleforcollegescholarshipsandgrants.

Thosewhofailtogainthescholarshipcanenjoycollegescholarships,bursariesandothergrants.

(1)LanguageproficiencyscholarshipSuccessfulapplicantsholdingaChineseproficiencycertificateofHSKBand5,Band4orBand3mayapplyforalanguageproficiencyscholarshiprespectivelyforRMB5,000,RMB4,000orRMB2,000.

(2)AcademicExcellenceScholarshipAccordingtotheevaluationoftheacademicachievementsandperformanceofthestudentsatschool,threelevelsofannualscholarshipswillbeawardedtostudents:ClassI,RMB3,000,ClassII,RMB2,000,andClassIII,RMB1,000.Thepercentagesofthestudentswinningthescholarshipsinaclassaredesignedtotake15percent,25percent,and30percentrespectively.

(3)OutstandingProgressScholarshipThosestudentswhoachieveoutstandingprogressinlearningChinesemayapplyforanoutstandingprogressscholarshipofRMB1,000uponeachbandupgradingintheHSKtests.

3.SchoolBursary

Tuitionandaccommodationarefreeofcharge.Insurance,healthcheckup,handlingofresidencepermitafterenteringChinaarecoveredforinternationalstudents.Otherexpensesarepaidbythestudents.

***-studyFinancialAidPolicy

Internationalstudentswhosefamiliesareindifficultywillbeprovidedwork-studypositions.Thosefulfillingspecifiedtaskswillgetlivingsubsidyof500yuanpermonth.

VI.AboutTeaching

1.Basedonthedevelopmentoftheepidemicsituation,theschooladoptedacombinationofonlineandofflineteachingmethods.Duringtheepidemic,onlineteachingisthemainmethod.Offlineteachingwillbeadoptedaftertheepidemic.

2.InordertostrengthenChineseteaching,theschoolwillprovidecorrespondinglanguageassistantsforeachclass.

(7)Physicalcheckupreportwithinthevalidityperiod(sixmonths).TheapplicantshouldstrictlyfollowtheForeignerPhysicalCheckForm(Appendix2,whichmustbefilledinEnglish),andprovideadetailedreportofthebloodexamination.AForeignerPhysicalCheckFormwithanyitemunfilled,nophotooftheapplicantorphotounsealedontheperforation,nosignatureandstampbythedoctorandthehospital,isinvalid.BringtheoriginalformwhentheapplicantcomestoChina.
